2型糖尿病患者接受绞股蓝联合瑞格列奈治疗对血糖及心肌细胞改善分析

Improvement of Blood Glucose and Cardiomyocytes in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Treated with Gynostemma Pentaphylla Combined with Repaglinide

目的探究绞股蓝联合瑞格列奈在2型糖尿病患者中应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月宜兴市中医医院收治的56例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组患者接受瑞格列奈治疗,观察组患者接受绞股蓝联合瑞格列奈治疗。对比血糖水平、心肌损伤和炎性因子。结果治疗后,观察组患者血糖、心肌损伤和炎性因子均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论相比于单一药物治疗,绞股蓝联合瑞格列奈可显著改善患者血糖水平,降低炎性因子影响,从而改善心肌细胞损伤。

Objective To explore the application value of gynostemma pentaphylla combined with repaglinide in pa-tients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 56 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Yixing Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were di-vided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with repaglinide,and patients in the observation group were treated with gynostemma pentaphyllum combined with repaglinide.Blood glucose level,myocardial injury and inflammatory factors were com-pared.Results After treatment,the blood glucose,myocardial injury and inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single drug therapy,the combination of gynostemma pentaphylla and repaglinide can sig-nificantly improve the blood glucose level of patients,reduce the effect of inflammatory factors,and thus improve the myocardial cell damage.
