全面护理干预在2型糖尿病护理中的效果探讨

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Type 2 Diabetes Care

目的分析2型糖尿病实施全面护理的作用。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月费县人民医院收治的106例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数分为全面组和参考组,每组53例;全面组行全面护理,参考组行常态护理。比较两组患者血糖指标,不良情绪评分,依从性和护理满意率。结果护理前,两组患者血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,全面组血糖指标低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者不良情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,全面组不良情绪评分低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全面组依从率(96.23%)高于参考组(79.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全面组护理满意率(94.34%)高于参考组(77.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理的控糖效果好,可以减轻情绪问题,提升2型糖尿病患者依从性,且满意率高。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing for type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 106 pa-tients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Fei County People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were se-lected as the study objects and divided into comprehensive group and reference group according to odd and even num-bers,with 53 patients in each group.The comprehensive group received comprehensive care and the reference group received normal care.Blood glucose index,adverse mood score,compliance and nursing satisfaction rate were com-pared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant differences in blood glucose index be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose index of the comprehensive group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no signifi-cant difference in the score of adverse emotions between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion score of the comprehensive group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of comprehensive group(96.23%)higher than that of reference group(79.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of comprehensive group was(94.34%)higher than that of reference group(77.36%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The glucose control effect of comprehensive nursing is good,which can reduce emotional problems,im-prove the compliance of type 2 diabetes patients,and the satisfaction rate is high.
