妊娠期糖尿病患者的健康教育结合心理护理效果

Effect of Health Education Combined with Psychological Nursing on Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病患者实施健康教育结合心理护理效果。方法选择2022年9月-2023年9月丰县人民医院收治的82例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各41例。研究组提供个性化健康教育结合心理护理,对照组提供常规护理。对比两组干预后血糖控制效果、自护能力、心理状态和治疗依从。结果研究组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组自护能力评分明显高于对照组,心理状态评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组总依从率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化健康教育结合心理护理,可提高妊娠期糖尿病的健康认知和自护能力,降低血糖,缓解心理压力。

Objective To analyze the effect of implementing health education combined with psychological care in ges-tational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 82 patients of gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Fengxian People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group by the random number table method,each with 41 cases.The study group provided personalized health educa-tion combined with psychological care,and the control group provided routine care.The glycemic control effect,self-care ability,psychological status and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The self-care ability score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the psy-chological state score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized health education combined with psychological nursing can improve the health cognition and self-care ability of gestational diabetes mellitus,re-duce blood glucose,relieve psychological pressure.
