达格列净联合贝前列腺素钠治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Dapagliflozin Combined with Beprostaglandin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析达格列净联合贝前列腺素钠治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床研究。方法选取2021年5月—2022年12月福建省龙岩人民医院诊治的78例2型糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行常规治疗+达格列净+贝前列腺素钠。对比两组血糖水平、肾功能指标、血管内皮功能及治疗有效性。结果治疗12周后,观察组血糖水平、肾功能指标均低于对照组,血管内皮功能的改善情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(94.87%),相比对照组的79.49%较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用达格列净联合贝前列腺素钠治疗,效果良好,不仅能有效控制血糖水平,降低对肾功能的损害,还能在一定程度上改善血管内皮功能。

Objective To analyze the clinical study of dapagliflozin combined with beprostaglandin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 78 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy diagnosed and treated in Longyan People's Hospital of Fujian Province from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research ob-jects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received routine treat-ment+dapagliflozin+beraprost sodium.The blood glucose level,renal function index,vascular endothelial function and treatment effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the blood glucose level and renal function index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the im-provement of vascular endothelial function was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 79.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeu-tic effect of dapagliflozin combined with beprostaglandin is good,which can not only effectively control blood glucose level,reduce the damage to renal function,but also improve vascular endothelial function to a certain extent.
