摘要
供热管网的失水管理是目前供热企业的痛点与难点,城市供热管网大多深埋地下,及时发现供热管网失水,判定失水原因、查找失水位置是亟待解决的问题。通过使用现有SCADA系统,利用二级网回水压力变化趋势和“一补二”自动补水电调阀开度频次等参数,并根据各参数趋势分析曲线振幅、频率波形特异性变化进行对比分析,研判二级网失水异常状况和失水量大小,进行精细化系统失水管控,及时判定系统大量失水的原因、查找失水位置,以组织查漏抢修、降低失水率,保证换热站正常运行。
The management of water loss in the heating pipeline network is currently a pain point and difficulty for heating enterprises.Most of the urban heating pipe network is buried deep underground,how to find the water loss of heating pipe network in time,determine the cause of water loss,find the location of water loss,is an urgent problem to be solved.Through the SCADA system,using the secondary network return water pressure trends and"a complementary two"automatic replenishment of water electric regulator valve opening frequency and other parameters,and according to the trend of the parameters of the curve amplitude,frequency waveform specificity changes in comparative analysis,we can judgement the secondary network water loss of abnormal conditions and the amount of water loss.Furthermore,we will refine the water loss control of the system,promptly determine the causes of a large amount of water loss in the system,identify the location of the water loss,and organize leak detection and repair as soon as possible to reduce the water loss rate and ensure the normal operation of the heat exchange station.
