隧道内超长大直径供热管道流固耦合效应分析

摘要 为了对华电银川供热项目中的供热管道系统进行优化设计,建立了三维全尺寸流固耦合力学模型,计算了超长大直径供热管道在不同支座间距下的受力、变形与支座反力,并分析了管道不同部位受力与变形的变化规律。研究结果表明,管道的入口端部位受力与变形最大,出口端部位次之,平直段部位最小。然而,支座间距的变化对平直段管道受力与变形的影响较大,对入口端与出口端部位的影响较小。另外,支座反力的变化趋势与管道受力基本一致。研究成果和施工经验可为后续类似的供热管道设计与施工提供借鉴和参考。 In order to optimize the design of the heating piping system of Huadian Yinchuan heating project,a three-dimensional full-size fluid-structure coupling mechanical model is established to calculate the force,deformation and support reaction force of the extra-large diameter heating pipeline under different support spacing,and the change law of force and deformation in different parts of the pipeline is analyzed.The result show that the force and deformation at the inlet of the pipe are the largest,followed by the outlet,and the flat section is the smallest.However,the change of bearing spacing has a greater influence on the force and deformation of the straight section of the pipe,while the influence of the inlet end and outlet end is smaller.In addition,the change trend of bearing reaction force is basically consistent with the pipe force.The research results and construction experience of this paper can provide reference for the design and construction of similar heating pipes.
