脑电生物反馈联合执行功能训练促进注意缺陷多动障碍患儿康复的效果

Effect of EEG Biofeedback Combined with Executive Function Training on the Rehabilitation of Children with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder

摘要 目的 探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿接受脑电生物反馈联合执行功能训练的康复效果。方法 选择河南省儿童医院2021年1月至2022年9月收治的96例ADHD患儿,以随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。对照组接受脑电生物反馈治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用执行功能训练,均持续治疗2个疗程。比较两组注意力测验、临床症状[注意力缺陷多动障碍筛查量表(SNAP-Ⅳ)]、脑电波频率及执行功能[威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)]。结果 治疗2个疗程时,观察组注意力测试高于对照组,SNAP-Ⅳ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个疗程时,观察组β波、感觉运动节律波活动高于对照组,θ波活动低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个疗程时,观察组概念受教育程度、正确应答数、持续应答数均高于对照组,持续错误数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑电生物反馈联合执行功能训练可提高ADHD患儿的注意力,改善患儿临床症状,同时可改善脑电波频率及执行功能,有利于促进患儿康复。 Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of electroencephalogram biofeedback combined with executive function training in children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods A total of 96 children with ADHD admitted to Henan Children’s Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroencephalogram biofeedback,and the observation group was treated with executive function training on the basis of the control group,both of which lasted for 2 courses.The attention test,clinical symptoms[attention deficit hyperactivity disorder screening scale(SNAP-Ⅳ)],brain wave frequency and executive function[Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST)]were compared between the two groups.Results After two courses of treatment,the attention test of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the SNAP-Ⅳscore was lower than that of the control group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the activity ofβwave and sensorimotor rhythm wave in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the activity ofθwave was lower than that in the control group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment,the observation group had higher levels of conceptual education,correct answers,and continuous answers than those in the control group,while the number of continuous errors was lower than that in the control group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroencephalogram biofeedback combined with executive function training can improve the attention of children with ADHD,improve their clinical symptoms,and improve their electroencephalogram frequency and executive function,which is conducive to promoting their rehabilitation.
