温肾安胎方联合主动免疫治疗肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者的效果

Effect of Wenshen Antai Prescription Combined with Active Immunotherapy in Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Patients with Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的 研究温肾安胎方联合主动免疫治疗肾虚血瘀型复发性流产(RSA)效果。方法 选取2020年9月至2021年12月南阳医学高等专科学校附属中医院接收的66例肾虚血瘀型RSA患者,根据治疗方案分为西医组(接受主动免疫治疗)、联合组(接受主动免疫联合温肾安胎方治疗),各33例。比较两组足月分娩率、封闭抗体转阳率、治疗前及治疗后中医证候积分、Th1/Th2细胞因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-10、IL-2/IL-10]及免疫功能[CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]水平。结果 联合组足月分娩率高于西医组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组中医证候评分、IL-2、IL-2/IL-10水平低于西医组,IL-10水平高于西医组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)低于西医组,CD8^(+)高于西医组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组封闭抗体转阳率高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论 温肾安胎方联合主动免疫治疗肾虚血瘀型RSA可提高足月分娩率,稳定Th1/Th2平衡,提高机体免疫,促进封闭抗体生成,改善症状。

Objective To study the effect of Wenshen Antai prescription combined with active immunotherapy in recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 66 RSA patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who were treated in the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into Western medicine group(accepted active immunotherapy)and combined group(active immunotherapy combined with Wenshen Antai prescription),with 33 cases in each group.Term delivery rate,blocking antibody conversion rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Th1/Th2 cytokines[interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-10,IL-2/IL-10]and immune function[CD3^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The term delivery rate of the combined group was higher than that of the Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,the levels of IL-2 and IL-2/IL-10 of the combined group were lower than those of the Western medicine group,and IL-10 was higher than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the combined group were lower than those in the Western medicine group,and CD8^(+)was higher than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the conversion rate of blocking antibody in the combined group was higher than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The active immunotherapy combined with Wenshen Antai prescription can improve the term delivery rate of RSA with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,stabilize the Th1/Th2 balance,improve the body’s immunity,promote the production of blocking antibodies and improve the symptoms.
