多重病原体流行期间呼吸道感染临床诊治专家共识

Expert consensus on clinical diagnosis and treatment of respiratory tract infection during multi-pathogen epidemic

2023年以来,先后出现了多种呼吸道病原体的流行,各年龄段人群均易感,尤其是儿童、老年人和免疫功能低下者等高危人群疾病负担重。为促进我国多重病原体流行期间呼吸道感染的规范诊治,国家感染性疾病临床医学研究中心、传染病重症诊治全国重点实验室组织感染病科、呼吸科、儿科、医学检验、医院感染控制及护理等多学科专家,讨论并形成《多重病原体流行期间呼吸道感染临床诊治专家共识》。本共识包含呼吸道感染的流行病学、病原学特征、临床特点、病原学检测、诊断、治疗、护理及预防,旨在提高临床医师对呼吸道感染的诊治能力,为降低呼吸道传染病危害提供科学支持。

There has been an epidemic of respiratory tract infections caused by multiple pathogens since 2023,to which people of all ages are susceptible,especially for children,the elderly and immunocompromised individuals.To standardize its diagnosis and treatment,the National Clinical Research Center for Infectious Diseases and the National Key Laboratory for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Infectious Diseases invited experts in the fields of infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,pediatrics,medical testing,hospital infection control and nursing to develop a consensus on clinical diagnosis and treatment of respiratory tract infection during multi-pathogen epidemic.The consensus includes the epidemiology,etiological and clinical characteristics,pathogen detection,diagnosis,treatment,nursing and prevention of respiratory tract infection,aiming to provide standardized diagnosis and treatment of respiratory tract infection for clinicians.
