摘要
肠产毒性大肠埃希菌(ETEC)感染后表现为水样腹泻,严重者可致脱水、电解质失衡并导致死亡。重组B亚单位/灭活菌体霍乱(rBS/WC)疫苗是预防ETEC感染性腹泻的有效手段。国家儿童健康与疾病临床医学研究中心(浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院)和浙江省疾病预防控制中心组织国内临床医学、预防医学领域的专家参考有关病原学、流行病学、疫苗效果、安全性,以及卫生经济学等方面最新循证证据,制订了rBS/WC疫苗预防ETEC感染性腹泻的专家共识,指导临床医师和预防接种专业人员科学、规范接种疫苗,降低ETEC感染性腹泻的发病率。
Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC)infection can induce watery diarrhea,leading to dehydration,electrolyte disturbance,and even death in severe cases.Recombinant B subunit/inactivated whole-cell cholera(rBS/WC)vaccine is effective in preventing ETEC infectious diarrhea.On the basis of the latest evidence on etiology and epidemiology of ETEC,as well as the effectiveness,safety,and health economics of rBS/WC vaccine,National Clinical Research Center for Child Health(The Children’s Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine)and Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention invited experts to develop expert consensus on rBS/WC vaccine in prevention of ETEC infectious diarrhea.It aims to provide the clinicians and vaccination professionals with guidelines on using rBS/WC vaccine to reduce the incidence of ETEC infectious diarrhea.
