石家庄地区女性围绝经期综合征发生状况调查

Investigation on occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome among women in Shijiazhuang

目的调查分析石家庄地区女性围绝经期综合征状况,为本地区女性围绝经期综合征健康管理工作提供借鉴资料。方法采用方便取样法抽取2020年1月至2021年1月石家庄地区围绝经期女性进行围绝经期综合征状况调查,采用女性围绝经期症状调查表评估围绝经期综合征发生情况,并收集其年龄、BMI、文化水平、家庭功能、心理弹性、睡眠质量、规律体育锻炼、疾病认知、月经等情况,采用描述流行病学分析方法对石家庄地区女性围绝经期综合征状况进行分析。结果纳入有效研究对象1873名,有围绝经期综合征症状391例,发生率为20.88%,其中轻度、中度、重度分别187、139、65例,分别占47.83%、35.55%、16.62%。多因素logistic回归分析结果提示家庭功能(OR=0.568)、心理弹性(OR=0.219)、睡眠质量(OR=0.183)、规律体育锻炼(OR=0.730)、疾病认知(OR=0.960)、月经情况(不规律OR=2.711、已绝经OR=3.043)是石家庄地区围绝经期女性围绝经期综合征发生的影响因素。结论石家庄地区女性围绝经期综合征发生状况有待改善,可综合相关因素,针对个体特点采取针对性有效干预措施,提高女性围绝经期健康水平。

Objective To investigate and analyze the status of perimenopausal syndrome among women in Shijiazhuang,and provide reference for the health management of perimenopausal syndrome in this area.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,perimenopausal women in Shijiazhuang were selected by convenient sampling method to investigate the occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome.The perimenopausal syndrome was evaluated by the questionnaire of perimenopausal symptoms among women,and their age,body mass index,education level,family function,psychological resilience,sleep quality,regular physical exercise,disease cognition,and menstruation were investigated.Descriptive epidemiological analysis was used to analyze the status of perimenopausal syndrome among women in Shijiazhuang.Results Among the 1873 effective subjects,391 cases(20.88%)had symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome,among which 187 cases were mild,139 cases were moderate,and 65 cases were severe,accounting for 47.83%,35.55%,and 16.62%,respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that family function(OR=0.568),psychological resilience(OR=0.219),sleep quality(OR=0.183),regular physical exercise(OR=0.730),disease cognition(OR=0.960),and menstrual status(irregular OR=2.711,postmenopausal OR=3.043)were the influencing factors of perimenopausal syndrome among perimenopausal women in Shijiazhuang.Conclusion The occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome among women in Shijiazhuang needs to be improved,and targeted and effective intervention measures can be taken according to individual characteristics based on relevant factors to improve the health level of women in perimenopause.
