大型轴流泵站起动过渡过程分析

摘要 为获得大型轴流泵站起动过渡过程水力特性,分析了泵组转动力矩平衡方程、水头平衡方程,以及三相交流异步电动机固有机械特性、水泵全特性曲线移动最小二乘法拟合,带小拍门的快速闸门水力特性,最终得出过渡过程数学模型,然后基于Simulink平台,模块化分解、搭建数学模型,并对主要水力参数仿真计算。计算表明,Simulink模块化仿真可方便地进行大型轴流泵站起动过渡过程分析,模块参数易于修改,便于工程推广。 The purpose of the study is to obtain the start-up hydraulic characteristics of the Large axial flow pump.The main contents of research are as follows:pump rotation torque balance equation,head balance equation,inherent mechanical characteristics of three-phase AC asynchronous motor,the use of moving least squares to fit the full characteristic curve of the pump,the hydraulic characteristics of fast gate with flap gate.The mathematical model of the transition process is comprehensively obtained.Then,based on the Simulink platform,the mathematical model was modularized and the main hydraulic parameters were simulated.The simulation results show that Simulink modular simulation can conveniently analyze the start-up hydraulic characteristics of the Large axial flow pump,and the modular parameters are easy to modify,which is convenient for engineering promotion.
