肾移植适应证的变迁

摘要 肾移植是终末期肾脏疾病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)患者有效治疗方法^([1-2])。在过去的一个世纪里,随着血管吻合技术、免疫学、免疫抑制药物、器官保存等技术的不断发展,移植物和患者的生存率有了显著改善。肾移植的适应证也在随着这些技术的不断进步而发生变化。但肾移植仍然面临供体短缺、慢性排斥反应、原发病复发等导致远期预后不佳的问题.
