摘要
变更是导致项目签约合同价在成本控制中非常重要的一个因素,控制工程变更范围是高质量项目管理的一项工作内容。文章基于对标准文本的变更工作的比较,分析由发包人要求、勘察工作、设计深度以及其他原因等引起变更的责任承担,研究工程总承包模式下的变更范围,并提出相应的管理对策。
Alterations are a crucial factor influencing the contract value of signed projects in cost control,which makes project alteration scope control an important step to ensuring the quality of project management.In light of that,by comparing various work done on standard clause alternations,this study analyzed the changes in obligations borne due to the employers'demands,survey work,design depths,etc.,and investigated the scope of alterations under the EPC model to correspondingly propose the management countermeasures.
