建筑工程项目成本控制是建筑施工企业长远发展的重要工作内容之一,成本控制的效能对提升企业的生存竞争力、提高施工项目投资效益有着重要作用。国内某些建筑企业在这方面做得很有亮点,但从整个行业来看仍有很多成本控制方面的问题,有些甚至直接制约着企业的发展。文章以理论研究分析为基础,结合多年实践经验,从项目成本控制的基本原则出发,分析当下施工过程管理中的成本控制制约因素,结合施工现场实际情况提出项目成本管理的有效举措,旨在为建筑工程项目成本管理提供参考,促进建筑施工项目逐步建立健全成本控制制度。

Cost control in construction projects is one of the important work contents for the longterm development of construction companies,the effectiveness of which plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprisesfor survival and the investment efficiency of construction projects.Certain domestic construction companies perform very well in this aspect,but there are still many problems in cost control from the perspective of the whole industry,some of which even directly constrain the development of enterprises.Based on a theoretical analysis and several years of practical experience,the paper analyzed constraints on cost control in the current management of construction processes in the basic principles of cost control in projects,and presented effective measures for cost control in projects according to actual situations on site,so as to provide references for cost control in construction projects and promote the gradual establishment and improvement of a sound cost control system for construction projects.
