苏州市姑苏区老旧社区适老化更新策略研究

A Study on Senior-Friendly Renewal Strategies for Old Communities in Gusu District,Suzhou,China

老旧小区不仅建设时间久、设施环境老旧,更存在居民老龄化现象显著。按照国际人口标准,苏州市姑苏区已经进入深度老龄化社会,对现有老旧社区进行适老化更新迫在眉睫。文章通过对姑苏区老龄化程度最高的老旧小区进行设施评价及问卷调查,了解老年人日常需求及活动特征,从设施供给、公共空间更新、社区治理三个方面提出社区适老化更新策略。

Old communitiesnot only have been built for years with outdated facilities and environment,but also are characterized by the aging of residents.According tointernational standards for the population,the Gusu District of Suzhou has entered a deep aging society,so it is urgent to carry out senior-friendly renewal of existing old communities.By evaluating facilities and conducting questionnaire surveys in old communities with the highest degree of aging in Gusu District,this paper learned about the daily needs and behavior characteristics of senior citizens,and put forward senior-friendly renewal strategies in the three aspects of the supply of facilities,renewal of public spaces,and community governance.
