海绵城市理论在居住区更新中的应用

Application of the Sponge City Concept in Residential Area Renewal

城市发展突出表现在居住区的更新,因此居住区的更新模式应与城市可持续发展的方向保持一致。文章首先总结了海绵城市理论的研究现状,并对其在社区更新设计中的应用进行了技术总结。通过对设计项目基地邯郸市峰峰矿区现状的分析,提炼出其存在的各种问题,将海绵城市理论与峰峰矿区现状相结合探讨合理的更新方法。力求最终的设计结果不仅仅满足于表现海绵城市理论的概念、功能和类型,而是进一步深入到设计结构、步骤和整个生态循环模式的构建中去,以此来把握理论的核心,促进海绵城市理论在实践中的应用。

Urban development is conspicuously represented in the renewal state of residential areas,which explains the necessity of aligning the mode of residential area renewal with the city's development direction with regard to sustainable development.To this end,this study started by summarizing the status quo of the Sponge City theory as well as the technical design applications of residential area renewal,before investigating the latest conditions of the design project base at Fengfeng Mining Area in Handan.All the existing issues were compiled,and possible renewal methods were discussed by considering the Sponge City theory and Fengfeng Mining Area's circumstances,focusing on creating a final design that can not only physically demonstrate Sponge City's conceptions,functions,and types,but also open the avenue to probe deeper into the design framework,steps,and the mode construction of the entire ecological cycle.In doing so,the crux of the Sponge City theory can be better grasped,and its popularization into real-life practices can be promoted.
