金属材料裂纹电脉冲修复研究进展

摘要 裂纹是金属制品失效的重要原因之一。通过对比现有裂纹修复方法,展现了电脉冲修复裂纹技术靶向、高效、环保等独特优势。根据原子填充裂纹的压合填充、位错填充和扩散填充3种机制,分析了电脉冲修复裂纹的原理。综述了国内外学者在电脉冲修复裂纹方面的研究现状,讨论了电脉冲修复裂纹的不足和改进措施,指出了电脉冲修复裂纹技术未来发展的趋势。 The cracks are one of the important causes of failure of metal products. By comparing the existing crack repair methods, the unique advantages of electric pulse repair crack technology such as targeting, high efficiency and environmental protection were demonstrated. According to the three kinds of mechanisms of compression filling, dislocation filling and diffusion filling of atom-filled cracks, the principle of pulsed current repairing cracks was analyzed. The research status of domestic and foreign scholars in repairing cracks by pulsed current was reviewed. The shortcomings and improvement measures of repairing cracks by pulsed current were discussed, and the future development trend of repairing cracks by pulsed current was pointed out.
