摘要
为得到核环境下优质的传动件材料,以304不锈钢为试验对象,对其冷轧和热轧的性能和组织进行检测与观察。在此基础上,进行固溶处理进一步提高其力学性能,为低温渗铬提供优质的待渗样件,实现304不锈钢在700℃时的渗铬处理,测试比较处理前后的力学性能、表面硬度、耐腐蚀度以及耐磨性能等。结果表明,低温渗铬的层厚度为10~20μm,低温渗铬样件能够在保证固溶态304不锈钢力学性能基本稳定的情况下,材料的表面硬度、耐腐蚀性能及耐磨性能等表面性能得到显著提高。
In order to obtain high-quality transmission material in nuclear environment,the properties and microstructure of 304 stainless steel were tested and observed.Based on this,the solid solution treatment was carried out to further improve its mechanical properties,to provide high quality samples for low temperature chromizing,to realize the chromizing treatment of 304 stainless steel at 700℃,and to test and compare the mechanical properties,surface hardness.The results show that the layer thickness of low temperature chromizing is 10-20μm,and the surface properties of surface hardness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of solid solution 304 stainless steel low temperature chromizing sample can be improved significantly under the condition that the mechanical properties of solid solution 304 stainless steel are basically stable.
