摘要
对商用7059铝合金3 mm厚的板材进行不同固溶温度下的双级固溶热处理,测试其拉伸强度、伸长率、硬度等力学性能,观察合金的微观组织结构变化。结果表明,7059铝合金板材的最佳双级固溶方案为460℃保温1.5 h+480℃保温1 h+120℃时效24 h,此时,7059铝合金的抗拉强度达到562 MPa,伸长率为12.5%,布氏硬度为165 HBW,表现出优良的力学性能。
The commercial 7059 aluminum alloy sheet with the thickness of 3 mm was subjected to two-stage solution heat treatment at different solution temperatures.The mechanical properties such as tensile strength,elongation and hardness were tested,and the microstructure changes of the alloy were observed.The results show that the optimal two-stage solution scheme of 7059 aluminum alloy sheet is:460℃warming for 1.5 h+480℃warming for 1 h+120℃aging for 24 h.At this time,the tensile strength of 7059 aluminum alloy reaches 562 MPa,the elongation is 12.5%,and the Brinell hardness is 165HBW,which shows excellent mechanical properties.
