摘要 目的 分析表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、间变型淋巴瘤激酶(ALK)、肉瘤致癌因子-受体酪氨酸激酶(ROS-1)基因在肺癌组织中的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法 选取75例肺癌患者,采集其癌组织与癌旁正常组织(距肿瘤组织边缘≥3 cm),将其分别划入观察组与对照组,采用免疫组化法测定其EGFR、ALK、ROS-1表达的差异;另收集患者的年龄、性别等资料,分析EGFR、ALK、ROS-1表达与患者各项病理特征的关系;另随访3年,探究EGFR、ALK、ROS-1表达与患者预后的关系。结果 观察组EGFR、ALK、ROS-1阳性表达率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGFR、ALK、ROS-1阳性表达与患者年龄、性别、病理类型无关(P>0.05);与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);随访3年后,EGFR、ALK、ROS-1阳性表达患者的生存率分别为56.52%(13/23)、46.15%(12/26)、42.11%(8/19),低于阴性表达患者的63.46%(33/52)、69.39%(34/49)、67.86%(38/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EGFR、ALK、ROS-1在肺癌组织内呈异常表达,三者与患者的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关,且阳性表达患者的预后较差,临床需予以重视。 Objective To analyze the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK),and sarcoma oncogenic factor receptor tyrosine kinase(ROS-1)genes in lung cancer tissue and their relationship with patient prognosis.Methods 75 lung cancer patients were selected,and their cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue(≥3 cm away from the edge of the tumor tissue)were collected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,and the differences in EGFR,ALK,and ROS-1 expression were measured using immunohistochemistry;Collect age,gender and other data of patients,and analyze the relationship between EGFR,ALK,ROS-1 expression and various pathological characteristics of patients;Follow up for another 3 years to explore the relationship between EGFR,ALK,ROS-1 expression and patient prognosis.Results The positive expression rates of EGFR,ALK,and ROS-1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive expression of EGFR,ALK,and ROS-1 was not related to age,gender,and pathological type(P>0.05);but related to clinical staging,degree of differentiation,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);After 3 years of follow-up,the survival rates of patients with EGFR,ALK,and ROS-1 positive expression were 56.52%(13/23),46.15%(12/26),and 42.11%(8/19),respectively,lower than the 63.46%(33/52),69.39%(34/49),and 67.86%(38/56)of patients with negative expression,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion EGFR,ALK,and ROS-1 are abnormally expressed in lung cancer tissue,which are closely related to the clinical stage,differentiation degree,and lymph node metastasis of patients.Positive expression patients have a poor prognosis and should be taken seriously in clinical practice.
