高质量教师培训:内涵、原则与路径

摘要 提供高质量教师培训是建设高质量教师队伍,构建高质量教育体系的重要途径。高质量教师培训是以需求为导向、以问题为中心、以合作探究为主要方式的教师学习活动。为开展高质量教师培训,需坚持理论与实践相统一、认知与情意相统一、学习与应用相统一、教学与服务相统一的基本原则,并从更新培训观念、创设培训课程、组建培训共同体、打造评价体系、健全支持服务体系等五方面进行整体性思考。 Providing high-quality teacher training is an important way to build a high-quality teacher team and a high-quality education system.High-quality teacher training is a demand-oriented,problem-centered,and collaborative inquiry-based teacher learning activity.In order to carry out high-quality teacher training,it is necessary to adhere to the basic principles of the unity of theory and practice,the unity of cognition and affection,the unity of learning and application,and the unity of teaching and service,and to think comprehensively from five aspects of updating training concepts,creating training courses,forming a training community,building an evaluation system,and improving support service systems.
