摘要
针对当前幼儿园教师存在的加班现象,借助4个省市542份问卷的调查分析,发现幼儿园教师加班时间超出法律规定且呈现地区差异,加班频率居高不下且呈现教龄差异,加班内容以幼儿园环创为主且在检查与评审前最为严重,加班补偿制度未普遍落实且存在园所差异,加班态度消极且加速职业倦怠。在对调查结果分析的基础上,提出分层分级的加班治理策略,以期减少过度加班的现象,提高幼儿园教师的职业幸福指数。
In view of the current phenomenon of overtime work of kindergarten teachers,it is found that the overtime work time of kindergarten teachers exceeds the legal requirements and shows regional differences;the frequency of overtime work remains high and shows differences in teaching age;the content of overtime work is mainly based on kindergarten circular creation and is the most serious before inspection and evaluation;the overtime compensation system is not generally implemented and there are differences in kindergartens;the attitude of overtime work is negative and the job burnout is accelerated with the help of the survey and analysis of 542 questionnaires in 4 provinces and cities.On the basis of the analysis of the survey results,this paper puts forward hierarchical overtime management strategies to reduce the phenomenon of excessive overtime and improve the occupational happiness index of kindergarten teachers.
