基于学习需求分析的黑龙江省成人高等学历教育教学优化策略建议

Optimization Strategies of the Teaching for Adult Higher Education in Heilongjiang Province Based on the Analysis of Learning Needs

摘要 基于课题组前期对黑龙江省成人高等学历教育学习需求的调查分析结果和对教学现状的研究结果,从改善学习生态、调整专业设置、拓宽教学资源渠道、修订人才培养方案、加强教学管理、改进教学方式、丰富教学组织形式和完善评价机制等方面,提出优化黑龙江省成人高等学历教育教学的策略建议。 Based on the results of the investigation and the analysis of the learning needs of adult higher education in Heilongjiang Province and the research results of the current situation of the teaching,this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions to optimize the teaching of adult higher education in Heilongjiang Province in terms of improving the learning ecology,adjusting professional settings,broadening teaching resource channels,revising talent cultivation plans,strengthening teaching management,improving teaching methods,enriching teaching organization forms and improving evaluation mechanisms.
