我国职业教育高质量发展的困境、归因与对策研究

摘要 推进职业教育高质量发展,是新时代对我国职业教育发展与改革的新需求。从内涵出发,“职业教育的高质量发展”指的是职业教育发展的要素结构、动力机制、发展目标及特征均表现出高质量的特点,可以充分彰显职业教育的价值意蕴。但当前我国职业教育还普遍面临着社会适应性、师资力量、办学定位等方面的困境,需要明确职业教育问题的形成原因,从职普融通、社会适应性、“双师型”队伍建设等角度出发,提出科学合理的发展对策。 Promoting the high-quality development of vocational education is a new demand for the development and reform of vocational education in China in the new era.From the perspective of connotation,“high-quality development of vocational education”refers to the high-quality characteristics of the element structure,dynamic mechanism,development goals and characteristics of the development of vocational education,which can fully demonstrate the value implication of vocational education.However,China’s vocational education is still generally faced with difficulties in terms of social adaptability,faculty strength and school-running positioning.It is necessary to clarify the causes for the formation of vocational education problems,and propose scientific and reasonable development countermeasures from the perspectives of the integration of vocational and general education,social adaptability and the construction of double-qualified teacher team.
