国际高中家校共育实效提升的路径初探

Preliminary Study on the Path of Enhancing the Effectiveness of Home-School Co-education in International High Schools

家校共育是新时代科学育人的重要途径,科学高效的家校共育是国际高中培养国际化高素质人才的必然要求。但是调研发现,目前国际高中家校共育存在教师和家长共同责任意识差,双向沟通不到位和学校共育管理机制不健全等问题。面对当前困境,学校作为协同育人的主要场所,应当健全家校共育管理机制,为教师和家长赋能,提高共育主体素养,并加强家校共育平台建设促进双向沟通,以期提升国际高中家校共育实效,助力学生全面发展。

Home-school co-education is an essential way of scientific education in the new era.Scientific and effective home-school co-education is a crucial requirement for international high schools to cultivate international high-quality talents.However,the study found that there are some problems for home-school co-education in the current international high schools,such as poor sense of common responsibility of teachers and parents,inadequate two-way communication and imperfect mechanism of school co-education management.In the face of the current dilemma,schools,as the main place for collaborative education,should improve the management mechanism of home-school co-education,empower teachers and parents,improve the quality of co-education subjects,and strengthen the construction of home-school co-education platform to promote two-way communication,so as to enhance the effectiveness of home-school co-education in international high schools and help students develop comprehensively.
