感知护士长关怀在精神科护士共情疲劳与关怀患者行为间的中介效应

Mediating effect of perceived head nurse's caring on the relationship between compassion fatigue and psychiatric nurses'caring behaviors

目的探讨感知护士长关怀在精神科护士共情疲劳与关怀患者行为之间的中介效应,为促进临床人文关怀提供参考。方法便利抽样法选择南通市7所精神疾病专科医院的360名精神科护士,采用关怀感知量表、专业生活品质量表与关怀行为量表进行调查。结果精神科护士关怀患者行为得分(114.92±19.94)分,感知护士长关怀(53.32±11.83)分,共情疲劳(41.79±11.78)分。精神科护士感知护士长关怀在共情疲劳与关怀患者行为之间起部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的35.01%。结论精神科护士关怀患者行为处于中等水平,护理管理者可通过强化护士长关怀护士的行为,缓解精神科护士的共情疲劳,以促进护士实施临床关怀行为。

Objective To explore the mediating effect of perceived head nurse's caring on the relationship between compassion fatigue and caring behavior towards patients in psychiatric nurses and to provide a reference for promoting humanistic care.Methods A total of 360 psychiatric nurses were selected from 7 psychiatric hospitals in Nantong and were investigated by using the general data questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Caring Behaviors Inventory,the Professional Quality of Life Scale,and the Caring Factor Survey-Caring of Manager.Results The sample scored(114.92±19.94)in caring behaviors,(53.32±11.87)in caring of mana-ger,and(41.79±11.78)in compassion fatigue.Perceived caring of manager played a partial mediating role in the association between compassion fatigue and caring behavior,accounting for 35.01%of the total effect.Conclusion The psychiatric nurses'caring behavior is at a moderate level.Nursing managers can alleviate compassion fatigue of psychiatric nurses by strengthening head nurses'caring for the nurses,thus to promote the implementation of caring behavior towards patients.
