大型波浪形金属屋面TPO防水层智能施工技术

摘要 厦门某新建高铁站站房工程的金属屋面整体呈现独特的“大波浪”造型,并且具有大跨度和大高差的特点,其复杂的屋面结构给防水施工造成了不少的困扰。为解决金属屋面的细部节点难以有效密封、容易发生溢水渗漏等问题,利用智能型热风拼接自动爬行TPO防水卷材热合机的智能控制、高效稳定和定位准确等特点,开展屋面防水层的智能施工。经实践证明,项目技术可以提高施工效率、降低人为失误,减少能源消耗和保证防水层的稳固性,从而有效地解决大型站房复杂金属屋面的防水问题,可在类似工程中进行推广应用。 The metal roof of a new high-speed railway station building project in Xiamen presents a unique"big wave"shape as a whole,and has the characteristics of large span and large height difference.Its complex roof structure has caused a lot of trouble for waterproof construction.In order to solve the problems that the detailed nodes of the metal roof are difficult to effectively seal and easy to overflow and leak,the intelligent construction of the roof waterproof layer is carried out by using the intelligent control,high efficiency,stability and accurate positioning of the intelligent hot air splicing automatic crawling TPO waterproof membrane heat sealing machine.Practice has proved that this technology can improve construction efficiency,reduce human error,reduce energy consumption and ensure the stability of the waterproof layer,thereby effectively solving the waterproof problem of complex metal roofs of large station buildings,and can be popularized and applied in similar projects.
