摘要
大型医用设备是肿瘤医院放疗平台建设中的主角,为适应精准放疗技术水平不断提升的趋势,本文以具有代表性的直线加速器为研究对象,作为大型医用设备模块化研究的契入点,旨在从建筑层面转译医疗技术的空间要求。通过研究平台功能布局、工艺流程等特点,探析设备与各功能用房相互的流线关系;关注设备的机房选址、平面设计、安全防护设计、运输安装条件以及医疗工艺建设要点等方面,解决复杂设备建在哪、建多大、怎么建的问题。同时作为医院建设中其他大型医用设备的建筑设计理论参考,以期为医院建设管理者及设计从业者提供系统性研究借鉴思路。
Large medical equipment is the main role in the construction of cancer hospitals.In order to adapt to the trend of the continuous improvement of precision radiotherapy technology,this paper takes the representative linear accelerator in the radiotherapy platform as the research object,and aims to translate the space requirements of medical technology from the architectural level.By studying the characteristics of the platform function layout and process flow,the streamline relationship between the equipment and each function room is analyzed.Pay attention to the site selection of the equipment room,graphic design,safety protection design,transportation and installation conditions,and the key points of medical process construction,etc.,to solve the problem of where,how much and how to build complex equipment.At the same time,it can be used as a theoretical reference for the architectural design of other large medical equipment in hospital construction,in order to provide systematic research ideas for hospital construction managers and design practitioners.
