超高性能混凝土受弯力学性能研究

摘要 为研究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的受弯力学性能,进行了5组UHPC四点抗弯试验,研究了纤维掺量对试件破坏模式、抗弯强度以及UHPC受弯力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:纤维的掺加,UHPC试件的破坏模式从脆性破坏转变成韧性破坏;钢纤维掺量小于5%时,单一型UHPC抗弯强度随着纤维掺量增加而增大;基于文章以及国内外研究人员的试验结果,根据UHPC的本构方程、截面平衡方程以及变形协调条件,推导了基于UHPC抗弯强度的抗拉强度理论计算公式,理论计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。抗拉强度与抗弯强度之间的比值约为0.366。 In order to study on the flexural properties of UHPC,5 four-point flexural tests were carried out to explore the influence of fiber content on the failure process,tensile strength,deformability and flexural properties of UHPC.Results shown that with the addition of fiber,the failure mode of the UHPC specimen changes from brittle failure to ductile failure;when the steel fiber content is less than 5%,the flexural strength of single-type UHPC increases with the increase of fiber content;based on this paper and research at home and abroad According to the test results of personnel,according to the constitutive equation,section balance equation and deformation coordination conditions of UHPC,the theoretical calculation formula of tensile strength based on flexural strength of UHPC is deduced.The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the test results.The ratio between tensile strength and flexural strength is about 0.366.
