佛山某场馆双向超长楼板温度应力分析

摘要 佛山某场馆采用框架-剪力墙结构,建筑平面尺寸约300 m×100 m,地上2层和3层不分缝,4层、5层中间设滑动支座设缝,将结构划分为南北两个结构单元,但每个单元长度依旧达到160 m和130 m,超过《混凝土结构设计规范(2015年版):GB 50010—2010》[1]关于钢筋混凝土结构伸缩缝最大间距的限制,需对结构进行温度应力分析。通过选择合适的分析输入参数、局部调整板面标高、设计U型缝、调整关闭后浇带时间、采用预应力构件、加强配筋等方法处理超长结构温度应力问题,为后续同类项目提供参考。 A certain venue in Foshan adopts frame-shear wall structure with a plane dimension of 300 m×100 m.Second floor and third floor are not partitioned.Fourth floor and fifth floor are partitioned by sliding bearings into 160 m and 130 m.Each structure unit exceeds limitation on maximum spacing of structural expansion joint according Chinese standard.Relevant construction solutions are proposed according necessary thermal stress analysis result of bi-direction super-long floorslab in venue.Temperature stress problem of ultra long structures can be solved by selecting appropriate analysis input parameters,adjusting the floor elevation,designing U-shaped structural seam,adjusting post-poured strips closure time,using prestressed components,strengthening reinforcement.Provided reference for similar projects in the future.
