富水地区钻孔桩施工钢护筒优化技术研究

摘要 钻孔桩在各类基础工程中大量使用,而钻孔桩的施工需依靠钢护筒护桩以确保成桩质量。在富水地区钻孔桩施工中,现有钢护筒的长度无法对桩基软弱地层段做有效防护,导致施工过程中常出现塌孔、缩径等问题,且护筒直径过大造成混凝土出现严重损耗。为克服以上问题,针对现有钢护筒进行了优化技术研究,对某项目中的钢护筒进行了优化,并开展试验。试验结果表明,在富水地区软弱地层进行桩基施工,采用优化后的护筒进行防护,能有效降低桩基混凝土损耗,减少塌孔、扩孔、缩径等问题,提高施工效率。文章提出的护筒优化技术,可以重复利用变形较大、面临淘汰的护筒,提高护筒的使用率和寿命。 Bored piles are extensively utilized in various foundation projects,and the quality of these piles relies on the use of steel casing piles during construction.However,in water-rich areas,the existing length of steel casings often fails to provide adequate protection for weak soil layers,leading to issues such as hole collapse and diameter reduction during construction.Additionally,oversized casing diameters result in excessive concrete loss.To address these challenges,an optimization technique for existing steel casings was developed and tested in a specific project.The experimental results demonstrate that the optimized casings effectively control concrete consumption,minimize collapse and diameter reduction,and enhance construction efficiency.Furthermore,the proposed casing optimization technique enables the reuse of casings with significant deformation or those facing elimination,thereby increasing their utilization rate and lifespan.
