摘要
以广东省中山市某污水处理厂沉井为研究对象,依据图纸结合现场实际地质条件,利用多点支撑开挖下沉技术优化结构设计、中心土滞挖控制涌土、偏位堆载实现沉井纠偏、自动化监测保证沉井下沉姿态等,克服了下沉过程中的各项问题,同时也保证了周边环境的安全,有效保证了沉井安全稳定下沉到位。在保证施工质量、安全的同时,缩短了工期,节约了成本,对污水处理厂深大构筑物运用沉井方法进行施工具有极大的推进作用。
Taking the open caisson of the sewage treatment plant in Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province as the research object,based on the drawings and the actual geological conditions on site,using multi-point support excavation and sinking technology to optimize structural design,control soil inflow through central soil lag excavation,correct the deviation of the open caisson through offset stacking,and ensure the sinking posture through automated monitoring.This overcomes various problems during the sinking process and also ensures the safety of the surrounding environment,effectively ensuring the safe and stable sinking of the open caisson in place.While ensuring construction quality and safety,it has shortened the construction period,saved costs,and greatly promoted the construction of deep and large structures in sewage treatment plants using the sinking well method.
