Perspectives on Long-term Preservation Policies for Digital Archives in the Context of Collaborative Governance

数字档案长期保存是档案部门的历史使命,各项策略需要在相关政策的指导下稳步推进。文章在借鉴协同治理理论和分析我国数字档案长期保存政策现状的基础上,以英国、澳大利亚、美国的数字档案长期保存政策为参考对象,发掘其在协同治理方面的成功经验,从主体协同、系统协同、规则协同三个维度为推动我国数字档案长期保存政策的建设提供思路。

Long-term preservation of digital archives is an arduous historical mission of archival departments,and various strategies need to be steadily promoted under the guidance of relevant policies.On the basis of the collaborative governance theory and the current situation of long-term preservation policies for digital archives in China,the long-term preservation policies of digital archives in the United Kingdom,Australia and the United States are taken as the reference objects to explore their successful experience in collaborative governance,and then provide ideas for promoting the development of long-term preservation policy of digital archives in China from the dimensions of subject synergy,system synergy and rule synergy.
