基于数字孪生技术的架空输电线路运维应用

摘要 架空输电线路是电力系统的关键组成部分,其安全稳定的运行具有重要意义。为此,研究一种基于数字孪生技术的架空输电线路运维方法。具体来看,使用无人机进行架空输电线路的运维检修,使用输电线路实地测量地面风速,结合环境风速对高程进行修正。使用传感器进行红外测温,预判架空输电线路的故障缺陷。通过预测架空输电线路的状态,能够获得良好的应用效果。通过对监控视频图像中的关键点进行特征值提取,寻找定位缺陷位置。运用数字孪生技术将数据流转后进行数字孪生三维建模。采用贝叶斯网络对输电线路异常进行置信度分析,判断异常问题可能会产生的风险。使用变量分箱的方式进行特征处理,根据计算的信息熵对分量结构进行调整,达到最优分箱效果。利用皮尔逊系数对变量之间的相关性计算预测值,通过预警机制来预测运维状况。实验结果表明,实验组的架空输电线路数据集弧垂相对误差在-0.1以下,为4个小组的最低相对误差,能够有效预测输电线路的弧垂,对输电线路的运维起到积极的作用。 As a key component of the power system,the safe and stable operation of overhead transmission lines is of great significance.Therefore,a digital twin technology based overhead transmission line operation and maintenance method was studied.Specifically,the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for the operation and maintenance of overhead transmission lines,the ground wind speed is measured by the transmission line,and the elevation is corrected in combination with the ambient wind speed.Infrared temperature measurement by sensor is used to predict the faults of overhead transmission lines.By predicting the state of overhead transmission lines,practical application results can be obtained.By extracting feature values from key points in surveillance video images,the location of location defects is found.The digital twin technology is used to carry out 3D modeling of digital twin after data flow.Bayesian networks are used to analyze the confidence of transmission line anomalies,and to judge the possible risks caused by anomalies.The feature processing is carried out by variable subdivision,and the component structure is adjusted according to the calculated information entropy to achieve the optimal subdivision effect.Pearson coefficient is used to calculate the predicted value of the correlation between variables,and the operation and maintenance status is predicted by the early warning mechanism.The experimental results show that the relative error of the data curve of the overhead transmission line in the experimental group is below-0.1,which is the lowest relative error of the four groups.It can effectively predict the curve of the transmission line and play a positive role in the operation and maintenance of the transmission line.
