B样条过渡的二维柱塞泵空间凸轮轨道机构运动特性多目标优化 被引量:1

摘要 空间凸轮机构作为二维柱塞泵实现二维运动的关键机构,其从动件运动特性决定了二维柱塞泵的工作特性。以5次B样条曲线作为无停歇运动规律的过渡曲线,建立其数学模型,使用多目标遗传算法以最大无因次速度和加速度作为优化目标对运动规律进行多目标优化,获得Pareto解集。优化实例结果表明,5次B样条曲线作为无停歇运动规律的过渡段,可以构造出高阶连续且可调的无停歇运动规律,多目标遗传算法可实现对B样条过渡段的多目标优化,获得凸轮综合性能良好的运动规律。 The space cam mechanism is the key mechanism for the two-dimensional piston pump to realize two-dimensional motion,and the motion characteristics of its followers determine the working characteristics of the two-dimensional piston pump.The five-order B-spline curve is used as the transition curve of the non-stop motion law,and its mathematical model is established.The multi-objective optimization of the motion law is carried out by using the multi-objective genetic algorithm with the maximum dimensionless velocity and acceleration as the optimization goals,and the pareto solution set is obtained.The results of the optimization example show that the 5th degree B-spline curve can be used as the transition section of the non-stop motion law to construct a high-order continuous and adjustable non-stop motion law,and the multi-objective genetic algorithm can realize the multi-objective of the B-spline transition section.Optimized to obtain a cam motion law with good comprehensive performance.
