摘要
为了探索利用互联网优化就医路径,实现肺部结节患者一站式的复诊流程,整合掌上医院、电子病历等软件,构建智慧复诊管理平台。该平台9个月内共服务了11498位患者,复诊全程耗时显著缩短,总体满意度和预约专家爽约率有所提高。实践证明,平台扩展了移动智能技术的应用场景,节约了患者的时间和经济成本,体现了便捷就医的服务理念。
To explore the use of the Internet to optimize the path of medical treatment,and achieve a one-stop follow-up visit process for patients with pulmonary nodules,we integrate palm hospital,electronic medical record and other software to build a intelligent follow-up visit management platform.A total of 11498 patients are served within 9 months.The whole follow-up time is significantly shortened,and the overall satisfaction and missed appointment rate of experts are improved.Practice proves that the platform extends the application scenarios of mobile intelligent technology,saves patients'time and economic costs,and reflects the service concept of convenient medical treatment.
