矮塔斜拉桥施工过程自动化监测系统设计与应用

摘要 为了减小施工过程对矮塔斜拉桥成桥状态的影响,以沙颍河大桥为工程背景,设计了矮塔斜拉桥施工过程自动化监测系统。该系统由数据采集子系统、数据传输子系统和综合监测云平台三部分组成,可实现应力、索力、主梁扰度、桥塔偏位等多种关键参数的连续自动化监测,并提供了监测预警功能。在自动化监测系统基础上,采用自适应控制法对案例工程施工过程中各关键参数进行监测调整,结果表明:索塔偏位误差均控制在5 mm以内,斜拉索索力误差均控制在±5%以内,主梁变形和应力所有一定误差,但均在可控范围之内,表明设计的自动化监测系统对于矮塔斜拉桥施工起到了较好的辅助作用。 In order to reduce the impact of the construction process on the completed state of the low tower cable-stayed bridge,taking Shaying River Bridge as the engineering background,an automatic monitoring system for the construction process of the low tower cable-stayed bridge is designed.The system consists of three parts:data acquisition subsystem,data transmission subsystem and integrated monitoring cloud platform,which can realize continuous automatic monitoring of many key parameters,such as stress,cable force,girder deflection,tower deflection,etc.It also provides monitoring and early warning functions.On the basis of the automatic monitoring system,the adaptive control method is used to monitor and adjust the key parameters in the construction process of the case project.The results show that:the deviation error of the cable tower is controlled within 5 mm,and the error of the cable force of the stay cable is controlled within±5%.There are certain errors in the deformation and stress of the main beam,but they are within the controllable range,indicating that the designed automatic monitoring system has played a good auxiliary role in the construction of the low tower cable-stayed bridge.
