山地城市盾构连续皮带机力学分析及应用

Mechanical Analysis and Application of the Continuous Belt Conveyor for Shield Excavation in Mountainous City

摘要 针对山地城市轨道交通大纵坡渣土运输速度慢和易出现有轨运输溜车的难题,笔者采用有限元软件对隧道渣土连续皮带机进行了静力学分析,研究其应力、应变和位移分布规律,并对连续皮带机的现场应用效果进行总结。结果表明:输送带两端和中部位置处的应力、应变和位移较大,支架与托辊连接处易出现应力集中现象;支架可以有效为输送带提供支撑,减小输送带自身应力,限制输送带位移;采用连续皮带机出渣方式时的日平均进尺和日最高进尺相比渣土车出渣方式均有较大提高,盾构掘进效率得到明显提示。 In response to the problems of slow transportation speed of muck and the tendency of rail transportation slippage in mountainous city with large longitudinal slopes,this paper conducted static analysis of the muck continuous belt conveyor using the finite element software,studied the distribution of stress,strain,and displacement,and summarized the on-site application of the continuous belt conveyor.The results showed that the stress,strain,and displacement at the ends and middles of the conveyor belt are relatively large,and stress concentration may occur at the connection between the bracket and the roller;the bracket can effectively provide support for the belt conveyor,reduce the self-stress of the belt conveyor,and limit the displacement of the belt conveyor;the average daily tunnelling length and the maximum daily tunnelling length using the continuous belt conveyor for the muck removal are significantly higher than those using the truck,indicating a significant improvement in the efficiency of shield tunneling.
