浅谈水电站工程剩余物资由基建交付电力生产后存在的问题及解决措施

A Brief Discussion on the Problems and Solutions after the Surplus Materials of the Hydropower Station Project Are Delivered from the Infrastructure to Power Production

水电站工程剩余物资多由基建单位因各种原因产生,工程建设中有一定数量的剩余物资现象普遍存在。笔者对工程剩余物资在由基建交付电力生产后存在的问题展开了思考,同时结合财务和审计角度提出了相应的解决措施;为已接收工程剩余物资的电力生产单位在处理工程剩余物资的方面提供了一定的借鉴意义。

The surplus materials of hydropower station projects are mostly produced by the capital construction unit for various reasons,and it's common that there are a certain number of surplus materials in the construction of the project.The problems of the surplus materials of the project after being delivered from the capital construction to the power production are considered,and the corresponding solutions are put forward from the perspective of finance and audit in this paper.It provides a certain reference for the power production units that have received the project surplus materials when dealing with the project surplus materials.
