基于环境评估的远程康复对脑卒中患者功能独立性及平衡功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨基于环境评估的远程康复对脑卒中患者功能独立性及平衡功能的影响。方法将40例脑卒中患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组出院后给予常规电话指导;观察组出院后,在常规指导基础上,基于居家环境评估结果,拍摄功能训练视频,指导远程康复治疗。分别于患者出院时、出院1个月和出院3个月,对两组患者的功能独立性(functional indenpendence measure,FIM)及平衡功能(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)进行比较。结果出院后1个月、3个月,两组患者FIM和FMA评分均较出院时提高(P<0.01),且观察组FIM和FMA评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于环境评估的远程康复可有效提高脑卒中患者功能独立性及平衡功能。 Objective To explore the influence of remote rehabilitation on functional independence and balance function of stroke patients based on environmental assessment.Methods Forty stroke patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given regular telephone guidance after discharge,and the observation group was given filmed functional training videos to guide tele-rehabilitation therapy based on the home environment assessment.Functional independence measure(FIM score)and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA score)were compared between the 2 groups at the time of discharge,1 month after discharge,and 3 months after discharge.Results At 1 month and 3 months after discharge,FIM and FMA scores in both groups were higher than those at discharge(P<0.01),and FIM and FMA scores in the observation group were more significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Remote rehabilitation therapy based on environmental assessment can effectively improve functional independence and balance function of stroke patients.
