非织造布专用聚丙烯纤维的结构与性能研究

摘要 分析了3种气相和本体工艺生产的非织造布专用聚丙烯树脂(S2040、HP5655、3155E3)的基本物理性能,采用凝胶色谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和毛细流变仪等研究了3种聚丙烯的分子质量及其分布、热性能及流变行为。结果表明:HP565S的综合性能与国外同类产品3155E3接近,具有较窄的相对分子质量分布、较稳定的熔体流变行为,有利于非织造布的拉丝成型。 The basic physical properties of three non-woven fabric grade polypropylene including S2040,HP565S,3155E3 produced with different technologies were analyzed.The relative molecular mass and its distribution,thermal properties,and rheological mechanics of three polypropylene were studied by means of gel permeation chromatograph,differential scanning calorimetry and capillary rheometer.The results show that the comprehensive performance of HP565S is close to that of foreign products 3155E3,with the narrowest of the relative molecular mass distribution,and the stable melt rheological behavior,being the most beneficial to non-woven fabric forming.
