用于有限元分析的复合材料参数研究

摘要 采用理论计算、材料试验和文献查阅3种方式获得复合材料参数,以某型压力容器产品为对象进行有限元分析仿真,并与产品试验应变数据进行对比。结果表明:3组数据得到的纤维方向主应力无明显差别,纤维方向和垂直纤维方向应变存在较大差别;3种材料模型仿真结果与试验结果对比,理论参数模型误差<文献参数模型误差<试验参数模型误差,理论参数模型误差基本控制在10%左右;结合有限元分析和试验拟合得到适用于该产品的复合材料参数模型,有限元分析结果与试验结果偏差控制在5%左右。 The composite material parameters were obtained through theoretical calculation,material testing,and literature review.Finite element analysis and simulation were conducted on a certain type of pressure vessel product,and compared with the strain data of the product test.The results show that there is no significant difference in the fiber direction principal stress obtained from the three sets of data,and there is a significant difference between the fiber direction and vertical fiber direction strain.The simulation results of the three material models were compared with the experimental results.The theoretical parameter model error is less than the literature parameter model error and less than the experimental parameter model error.The theoretical parameter model error is basically controlled at around 10%.A composite material parameter model suitable for this product is obtained by combining finite element analysis and experimental fitting,and the deviation between the finite element analysis results and the experimental results is controlled at around 5%.
