藏药“杂赤”本草考证

Textual Research on Materia Medicine Za Chi

藏药“杂赤”是一种常用药,具有清热解毒、凉血、活血的功效,用于治疗胆热病、脉病、肝胆病。目前藏药“杂赤”存在藏文译音翻译混乱、用药基原复杂的现象,影响了临床用药的安全性和有效性。通过查阅《度母本草》《四部医典》《晶珠本草》《晶镜本草》等藏医药古籍文献、本草著作,以及相关汉译本书籍,并结合现代文献研究等方法,对藏药“杂赤”的名称、基原及功能主治进行系统梳理和本草考证,有利于提高藏药“杂赤”的临床应用安全性、有效性和质量可控性,可为其质量标准制定和药效学研究提供参考。

Objective:Tibetan medicine Za chi is a commonly used medicine,that has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials,cooling blood,and promoting blood circulation,and is used to treat gallbladder heat disease,pulse disease,and liver and gallbladder disease.However,at present,the Tibetan medicine Za chi has the phenomenon of confusion in Tibetan transliteration and complexity in drug use,which affects the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.Therefore,by consulting Tara Materia Medica,Four Medical Classics,Jingzhu Materia Medica,Jingjing Materia Medica,and other ancient books of Tibetan medicine,materia medica,and related Chinese translation books,combined with modern literature research and other methods,this paper studies Tibetan medicine Za Chi.The systematic sorting and herbal textual research of the name,origin,function,and indications of Za Chi are conducive to improving the safety,effectiveness,and quality controllability of the clinical application of Tibetan medicine Za Chi,and can provide a scientific basis for its further quality standard formulation and pharmacodynamics research.
