重大疫情背景下中医药认同提升研究:以清肺排毒汤在新冠肺炎中的应用为例

分析清肺排毒汤在新冠肺炎疫情中的应用情况,可知重大疫情背景下中医药认同发展迅速但也遭遇疗效认同等难题,这提示中医药在法律制度建设、中医药防治传染病学科建设及中医药话语传播体系建设等方面存在不足。提升重大疫情背景下中医药认同要进一步落实中西医并重发展政策,将中医药纳入传染病防治法律体系;加强中医药传染病学科建设,建立中医药防治传染病疗效评价体系;创新中医药话语体系,建立信中医、爱中医、用中医的良性循环,从而为中医药文化认同发展提供法律制度保障、疗效物质保障以及良好的群众基础与社会氛围,促进中医药高质量发展。

By analyzing the application of Qingfei Paidu Decoction in the COVID-19 outbreak,it can be seen that the identity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)develops rapidly,but it also suffers from difficulties such as the identity of curative effect,which indicates that there are problems in the development of TCM,such as the imperfect legal system,incomplete discipline construction and imperfect identity communication system.To enhance TCM identity in the context of major epidemics,it is necessary to further implement the policy of attaching equal importance to the development of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,incorporate TCM into the legal system for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,strengthen the construction of TCM infectious diseases and establishing the evaluation system of TCM curative effect;The discourse system of TCM should be innovated to establish a good cycle of trusting-loving and using TCM,so as to provide legal system guarantee,therapeutic material guarantee,good mass foundation and social atmosphere for the development of TCM identity to promote the high-quality development of TCM.
