槐杞黄颗粒治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎气阴两虚夹湿热证临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis with Deficiency Both Qi-Yin and Damp-Heat Syndrome by Huaiqihuang Granules

目的:观察使用槐杞黄颗粒治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎气阴两虚夹湿热证患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2021年9月-2022年9月辽宁中医药大学附属医院50例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者的临床资料,将使用槐杞黄颗粒、紫癜合剂和黄蜀葵花的患者分为观察组(n=26);使用紫癜合剂和黄蜀葵花的患者分为对照组(n=24),比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、尿红细胞计数、24h尿蛋白定量(24hUTP)较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分、尿红细胞计数、24hUTP低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎气阴两虚夹湿热证效果明确,可临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of applying Huaiqihuang granules in the treatment of patients with henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis with Qi-Yin deficiency and damp-heat syndrome.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical information of 50 patients with HSPN from September 2021 to September 2022 in The Hospital Affiliated to Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,The patients who used Huaiqihuang granules,Zidian mixture and flos abelmoschus manihot were divided into observation group(n=26);the patients treated with Zidian mixture and flos abelmoschus manihot were divided into control group(n=24).Compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results:Subsequent to treatment,the Chinese Medicine Sign and Symptom Score,urine erythrocyte concentration and 24 hour urine total protein quantified(24hUTP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the therapy,the Chinese Medicine Sign and Symptom Score,urine erythrocyte concentration and 24hUTP in the observation group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The whole effective degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,The efficacy of applying Huaiqihuang granule in the treatment of henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis with deficiency of both Qi-Yin with damp-heat syndrome is more definite.
