心胃同治法治疗高血压病探析

Application of the Theory of“Simultaneous Treatment of Heart and Stomach”in Treating Hypertension

心与胃具有生理功能及病理变化上的联系,而心胃的功能状态均与高血压的形成密切相关。心主血脉,而脾胃为水谷之海,心胃共同影响着血液的生成运行及血管的和畅通利。“心胃同治”法通过恢复心胃的生理机能,保证气机的升降平衡,调整水谷津液的代谢来改善心血管的病理状态,从而治疗高血压。从“心胃同治”出发,探讨高血压的形成机制,并归纳出相应的治疗策略,为临床提供参考。

The heart and stomach are interrelated with each other in terms of physiological functions and pathological changes,and the functional states of the heart and stomach are related to the development of hypertension.The heart has the function of mastering the blood vessels,while the stomach is the sea of water and grains.The heart and stomach together affect the production and operation of blood,as well as the smoothness of blood vessels.The theory of“Simultaneous Treatment of Heart and Stomach”intends to alleviate cardiovascular pathology by restoring the physiological functions of the heart and stomach,ensuring the balance of the body s qi,and improving the metabolism of water,grain,and fluid,so as to treat hypertension.In this paper,we try to discuss the formation mechanism of hypertension from the viewpoint of“Simultaneous Treatment of Heart and Stomach”and summarize the corresponding therapeutic strategies,in order to provide reference for clinical work.
