汪悦教授从瘀热理论辨治银屑病关节炎经验拾萃

Professor Wang Yue's Experience in Treating Psoriatic Arthritis from the Theory of Stasis and Heat

银屑病关节炎是一种兼有皮损和关节症状的脊柱关节炎,可参考中医学“痹证”范畴。汪悦教授在诊治银屑病关节炎时,善将辨病与辨证相结合,提出湿热痹阻经络,瘀热相互胶结是PsA的核心病机。针对此病机要点,临床确立凉血解毒、蠲痹通络为治疗大法,选用犀角地黄汤为基础方加减治疗,为临床治疗银屑病关节炎提供新思路。

Psoriatic arthritis is a form of spinal arthritis with both skin lesions and joint symptoms.It can be referred to the category of“Arthralgia”in Chinese medicine.Professor Wang Yue in the diagnosis and treatment of psoriatic arthritis,Good combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and proposed that humid heat obstructs meridians,and stasis and heat cementation is the core pathogenesis of PsA.In view of the key points of this pathogenesis,the clinical establishment of cooling blood to detoxification,eliminating Bi and dredging channels as the main treatment method,the use of rhino horn dihuang soup as the basic addition and subtraction treatment,for the clinical treatment of psoriatic arthritis provides a new idea.
