“肝病及脾”理论辨治甲状腺结节应用探析

Application of the Theory of“The Liver Disease Affecting the Spleen”in the Diagnose and Treatment of Thyroid Nodules

甲状腺结节属中医学“瘿病”范畴,在其发病机制中,肝脾为主要病变脏腑,其治疗也多以调治肝脾为主。《金匮要略》中“见肝之病,知肝传脾,当先实脾”,阐述了肝病及脾的思想,并提出肝病治脾的理论依据,认为肝病可传至脾,调补脾脏,可防止疾病进展、缩短病程、增加疗效等。研究发现,“肝病及脾”理论与甲状腺结节的发病机制、治疗等密切相关。

In Chinese medicine,thyroid nodules,which belong to the category of“gall disease”,consider the liver and spleen the main organs in pathogenesis.Therefore,the treatment is mostly based on regulating the liver and spleen.As the saying of Syrropstrs of the Chamber goes,“When we see the disease of the liver,we know that the liver disease transmits to the spleen,so we should first strengthen the spleen”,which elaborates the idea of liver disease affecting the spleen,and points out the theoretical basis of treating the spleen for liver disease.It means liver disease can be transmitted to the spleen,and tonifying the spleen can prevent disease progression,shorten the course of the disease,and increase treatment efficacy.As the research progressed,it was found that the theory of“The liver disease affecting the spleen”was closely related to the pathogenesis and treatment of thyroid nodules.
