基于扶阳思想的阳主阴从观,立足内阳外阴本体结构论,扶阳学派认为胃癌发生的关键病因为本虚标实,本虚基于阳虚,阴阳未在其本位,阳虚温煦推动乏力,元阳失运使痰浊、瘀血等病理产物互结于胃,故胃癌的病机乃“标为痰瘀毒,本为阳气虚”。关于治疗,扶阳学派以三焦次第疗法为治疗准则,即先予桂枝法清宣、温通中上二焦去其血脉,促中枢复转;继以四逆法温补下焦,温扶元阳;再以右归丸培元固本,填精益髓。使阴由上至下、由外至内层层清通,阳由下至上、由内至外层层温通,阴阳本位恢复,最终实现阴阳平和的自愈平衡状态。

Based on the view of Yang is dominant and Yin is subordinate and the ontology structure theory of inner Yang and vulvar,the Fuyang school believes that the key diseases of gastric cancer are deficiency of origin and deficiency of substance,deficiency of origin is based on deficiency of Yang;as well as Yin and Yang are not in their position,deficiency of Yang is the weakness of warm promotion,and the loss of Yuan Yang leads to the accumulation of pathological products such as phlegm turbidity and blood stasis in the stomach.Therefore,the pathogenesis of gastric cancer is“marked with phlegm stasis and poison,and deficiency of Yang Qi in origin”.As for treatment,the Fuyang school takes the Sanjiao regular sequence therapy as the treatment criterion,that is,it gives cassia branch method clear,warm and harmonize middle and upper jiao to remove blood vessels and promote central recovery at first;Following the four inverse methods to warm and supply lower jiao,warm and support yuan Yang;Finally Yougui Pill supply sufficient Yuanqi,fill lean marrow.Make Yin clear from top to bottom,from outside to inside layers,Yang warm and harmonize from bottom to top,from inside to outside layers,Yin and Yang position restoration,and finally achieve the balance of Yin and Yang.
